Useful Info

Roasting
We roast your coffee to order. Orders received before noon on Monday will ship on Tuesday. Orders received before noon on Thursday will ship on Friday. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know your order has shipped.

Billing
Your method of payment will be processed upon shipment. We accept multiple type of payments – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Stripe.

Cancellations/Returns

Cancellation
Because we roast and ship your order the next day, cancellations can only be accepted if submitted before 9am pacific time on the day of shipment.

Returns
We strive for excellence and stand behind the quality and exceptional taste of our coffee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to info@uluwehicoffeefarm.com within 5 days of your purchase and we will provide a credit on future orders.
